Enquiries about training or work

We use the details you enter—your email, subject and message, and your name for a work enquiry—to respond and discuss your request. Providing them is your choice, but we need a contact address to reply. Please avoid medical details, identity documents and other sensitive information. Our form delivery provider forwards your message to the salon’s email inbox and keeps a copy for handling your enquiry. Only the team handling enquiries should access these messages.

We process requests about prospective training or employment to take steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); other correspondence is handled in our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Closed or unsuccessful enquiries are deleted from the form delivery system and our inbox after six months. If a booking, employment relationship or legal obligation requires continued retention, the relevant information is kept for that purpose instead.

The AI assistant

Using the assistant is optional. When you send a question, our server sends it, up to two preceding questions and the previous reply to our AI processing provider with relevant salon information. The assistant provides general information and does not make medical, recruitment or other decisions about you. Please do not enter personal or medical details.

Our application does not keep chat transcripts. The visible conversation remains in this browser tab until you clear it or reload the page. Our AI provider processes messages to generate an answer and does not use this service’s messages to train models by default. Provider security or abuse-monitoring records may be retained, generally for up to 30 days with exceptions under its policies. This is separate from our website’s storage. We use the information to provide the assistance you request, relying on our legitimate interest in responding and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)).

Browser storage and site security

The site remembers your selected language and Motion setting in your browser’s local storage. These choices stay until you change them or clear the site’s browser data. A necessary chatbot security cookie identifies a browser session for up to 24 hours to help prevent misuse. It is not used for advertising.

Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and access or error logs, to deliver and protect the site. Our chatbot keeps request-limit counters and spending records rather than message contents. Security processing relies on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service. We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics.

Bookings and other services

When you open online booking, our appointment management provider supplies the booking interface and processes the information you enter there. Its own privacy and cookie information applies to its service. Social-media and map links take you to separate services. You can browse the salon information without using the chatbot, enquiry forms or booking service.

Service providers and international processing

Recipients are IT hosting and security providers, online form delivery and email providers, AI processing providers and online appointment management providers. These service providers operate in Europe and the United States. Depending on the service, information may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Depending on the recipient, international transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. You can contact us for the identities of recipients of your data, their processing locations and details or copies of the applicable transfer safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), or your competent supervisory authority.
